Lee's Sugar Wax Co. does not hold responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by the shipping carrier or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We cannot guarantee that your package will not experience any delays. In the event of an issue with your order, do contact the shipping carrier and provide them with your assigned tracking number for further assistance by the shipping carrier.
International: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. In the event of failure to pay customs fees, your package may be redirected back to Lee's Sugar Wax Co. and all shipping and handling fees will be deemed non-refundable.

Due to the hygienic nature of products received, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, do contact us by email at support@leessugarwaxco.com and we will be glad to assist. Do allow up to 48 hours for a response.
